Highly accurate moisture meter with automatic bulk density compensation for quick determination of water content of wood chips, barks, wooden pellets, elephant grass, wood shavings and sawdust.
The entire measurement procedure is extremely easy & only takes seconds. Simply turn on the gauge, collect the desired Biomass test sample and pour into storage bin and view the water content (%-moisture) on the large backlit LCD display.

The BMC and BMC-USB models both include a built-in datalogger for storage of 10,000 values. The BMC-USB model ads USB data output for downloading stored data to a PC with software included at no additional charge.

Both models include the possibility to program and store three (3) custom calibrations if one of the factory-supplied calibration is not sufficient to produce desired results.

The entire measurement process is finished in less than one minute!
Switch on the device and select the calibration curve corresponding to your material. Completely fill the measurement chamber with wood chips using the plastic bucket provided. Remove any excess wood chips so the material is flush with the top edge of the measurement chamber. The illuminated display immediately shows the water content and the temperature of the material.

The device offers a data logger for up to 10.000 measured values, as well as the option of entering additional data - for example a batch number. The device automatically calculates the average for each saved series of measurements. The measured values ​​can be transferred to a PC via the optionally available USB interface. The data can be archived, exported and processed with the included LogMemorizer software.
